About Pearliva: Introduction/Meet our founders & the journey.
I,Mr. Raju Gol belongs to a farming family and my father's primary source of income is fish farming and after my academic education i was also engaged in doing fish farming then one day I saw this Freshwater cultured pearl farming technique & told my dearest friend Mr. Dilip Shyamal and then we went to CIFA Bhubaneswar to take training and started this farming with very small quantity in my culture pond (as a trial ) and waited for 18 months for first crop and we got success after that we both plan to increase this farming as a business and for that we require one more educated person to handle this entire things after that Mr. Mukteshwar Pradhan joins as 3rd business partner,after that we continuously deliver projects across India by connecting many farmers and started producing cultured designer pearls. Day by day our production level increases and we search for a huge market and we have many direct buyers across India. Our supply chain started for marketing our produce pearls. At that time Mr.Asish Mondal joined us and then we planned to make our own brand on this product and created a website named Pearliva where we sell 925 silver Fancy Jewellery items and our DESIGNER CULTURED PEARL Jewellery products .
